7. Son of man, I have appointed you as a watchman for the people of Israel. Listen to what I say, and warn them for me.
8. If I say to the wicked, O wicked one, you shall surely die, and you do not speak to warn the wicked to turn from his way, that wicked person shall die in his iniquity, but his blood I will require at your hand.

So Jesus said to them, "You try to justify your actions in front of people. But God knows what's in your hearts. What is favorable to men is disgusting to God.
