Meetings? Well here's a bit of friendly Christian advice

Prepare yourself for a lifetime of meetings. Meetings are a good way for any number of individuals with common goals and interests to get together and discuss, brainstorm and pass solutions to their problems as a group. Like everything in life, "practice makes perfect". So keep practicing and get better.
Anyone of the ordinary members with a subject they consider plausible for the meeting's "agenda" should contact the Secretary. The Secretary then notifies  the rest of the other elected Executive Officers. Usually the President or Chairperson first, then the Youth Councillor (for example), vice Chairperson, Treasurer. Amongst the Executive Officers, they must agree to accept or decline this subject put forward for the agenda, depending on it's relevancy and importance to the organisation, or not.
For example, the subject "the different ways to cook a banana" is better suited to a Chefs' meeting agenda than for a Yacht Club meeting agenda.
Then all members must be notified of the next meeting with this agenda included by the secretary, that is if the subject put forward is accepted by the Executive for the that meeting's agenda.
If an ordinary member calls a meeting and Chairs it without the knowledge and consent of the relevant elected Executive Officers/ Members, then that meeting is unethical and usually unconstitutional and illegal. No one gathered for such unethical meetings can elect anyone to Chair the meeting without permission from that particular group's Executive Officers.Even the minutes from such unethical meetings should not be considered binding, nor valid. It should never be recognised.
Not even an executive from a higher and seperate Council should have jurisdiction and applied Executive powers in such meetings, whether ethical or not, except for that particular group's Councillor and Executive Officers. They have to wait for this particular group's Councillor's report at their own meetings. These executive members from other groups or higher Council should only be present at this particular group's meetings in their capacity as observers and supporters only, unless specifically invited beforehand by their Chairperson for a specified topic. Since this was not the group for which they were elected, they especially must be aware of that fact, and not abuse and misinterprete their powers.
This is because, for one, the powers and duties attributed to the elected Executive members of this group have been violated and breached (overridden) by such types of foresightless actions. And in proper Legally Registered Organisations with legal Constitutions, there would be grounds for at least one lawsuit, and maybe multiplied by the number of Executive members that have been negatively affected.
In these types of things, you, the youths should be made aware off and guided through well, so that what you are being made to practice and be wary off will help you succeed in your future in the real world. And that it is truthful. You must understand  their implications. You should not be misled and be set up to practice proceedings that will fail you and land you in trouble in your future.
Use your powers of reasoning, it's the second gift of man from God. Always read your Bible, for it is full of reasoning examples and practices- the reasonings behind Wisdom. The judgement of King Solomon, the ten Commandments, God's Laws on hygiene and cleanliness, the book of Esther and many more. The rewards of taking heed and advice of God's Word, The Bible? You will know exactly where to place your left foot, and where to place your right foot. You will be confident and develop that inner peace because what you do has been well advised from the word of God himself.
Developing good reasoning abilities prevents you from being misled into harmful situations.
Harm to your person, your logic, your status, your demeanour, your reputation, your conscience, your relationship with your fellow man and God. Harm that came to you because you followed in the footsteps and the practices of someone ill advised.

There are always proper procedures for the common good that we should take to achieve what we want, instead of showing your lack of values for your brother or sister's rights. Just as you love and respect yourself, so should you love and respect others. For we are all the same in the eyes of God. We should always use these procedures with mutual respect and think of the best way to achieve our common goals in mind.
In doing so, we save time, resources and avoid personal conflicts within. We become more efficient, productive, innovative, mature, and better qualified through good practice for any task at hand. We become better at working together in syncronisation and harmony.
You will always respect your fellow man, your brother and sister, if you have love. You do not set for them bad unethical examples to follow, and for you to shine your limitations, bordering on a tinge or more of negligence, carelessness, disrespectfulness, and ignorance of good and ethical practices. That is not Christ's way.
Love One Another, As I Have Loved You”. – Luke 22:1-38;said our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. What better advice and incentive do we need, if not that.
So speak from your heart, speak well, speak confidently. Practice, practice, practice...

And above all, let God's truth be on your side.

Youth be prudent in your organisation- give God due credit for his wisdom and glorify his name..

You as a youth must learn how the parish must conduct their affairs in an orderly manner. The youth of today are the adults, parents and leaders of tomorrow. Avoid those who claim to give good advise but are really moving to create chaos and disruption, as well as seeking their own glory. All glory must go to God and no one else.
There are two conditions of any organisation, order or chaos- there is no in between.  Either it has order or is in chaos, there is no in between state of existence.
Give respect to leaders which you have elected, instead of trying to disrupt, and undermine their leadership. Stay away from people who do not respect elected leaders, and do not be afraid to rebuke them. Who themselves were not elected for that particular role, but want to lead by force or are encouraged by other bad hearted individuals. What goes round comes round. God sees how you serve your leaders, and when you yourself become a leader, God sees to it that what you sowed, whether good or bad, that is what you will reap. You cannot do bad and expect to receive good benefits. Good seed produces good fruit, and bad seed produces bad fruit.
Develop yourself in the right direction in the eyes of God, for which you and your organisation use his name. Do not blindly follow any elderly advice without soundly checking them against God's doctrines in the Bible. That is how you should develop as a youth, for the time will soon come when you will be accountable for your every action. You cannot stand up in the court of man or God and say that this certain elder advised me to do this thing or that thing- whoever gives you unsound and bad advise will not be the one to suffer the consequences of your decisions concerning yourself and your reputation.
For every good thing that you do is another way of giving glory to your creator, and everything bad you do is being disrespectful or an abomination to him.
Attend meetings and plead your case before those in attendence just as you would before God in prayer. The meetings allow all to deliberate and plan everything good for the organisation. Everything passed at the meetings should have been thoroughly discussed and planned so that the pros will outperform the cons. Carry out only those things that have been passed at the meetings.
People who have done things that have not been passed in meetings have done so because they seek glory and attention and shown the height of their disrespect for their leaders, the organisation, the parish, the church and God. In their eyes which see only themselves, they do not want peace and harmony but strife and chaos for what has been assembled- people in the name of God.
It is not fitting for people to come together in the name of God to seek their own Glory or rewards. People should leave their excess luggage at home when they come together to give praise to God and do his work.
 What is God's work?
Preach the good news that Jesus Christ died for our sins and has redeemed us in God's eyes. Feed the hungry. Clothe the poor. Visit the prisoners. Give comfort to the sick and dying. Respect others as you do yourself. Love one another. Keep his commandments. In these works, you can Glorify "him" that created you.
God's work is not for you to elect your leaders and then undermine their authority that you gave them, just to show that you think your are smarter. That is more like seeking glory for yourself. There are always other self centered and vain ulterior motives.
You should instead try to help your leaders because being a leader is not an easy job. Advise them on genuinely helpful topics. It is unGodly to give unsound advice to or mislead your leaders, or anyone for that matter.
We cannot claim to be followers of Christ unless we first love one another. If we can't do that, then we have chaos. For God is all about order through all generations of his creation.
Do not turn away as a youth from reading your bible and following it's wise counsels, for if you practice it's wise counsels in your life, you will be like a tree planted by the river in good soil and and sunshine which will produce much good fruit, and will be blessed by God himself. And those blessings will overflow from you to those around you. This has been proven in every generation and in every country of man's existence. These are the blessings of God, and it is part of his truth. For no one but God alone is absolute truth.

New International Version (1984)
Not at all! Let God be true, and every man a liar. As it is written: " So that you may be proved right when you speak and prevail when you judge."

Leviticus 27:28 (New International Version)

28 " 'But nothing that a man owns and devotes [a] to the LORD -whether man or animal or family land—may be sold or redeemed; everything so devoted is most holy to the LORD.

2 Timothy 2:14-16 (New International Version)

A Workman Approved by God
14Keep reminding them of these things. Warn them before God against quarreling about words; it is of no value, and only ruins those who listen. 15Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth. 16Avoid godless chatter, because those who indulge in it will become more and more ungodly.

1 Corinthians 15:33-34 (New International Version)

33Do not be misled: "Bad company corrupts good character." 34Come back to your senses as you ought, and stop sinning; for there are some who are ignorant of God—I say this to your shame.

Truthfully Love your neighbour as you love youself.

The Bible, Mathew 5:11-12
"Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. 12Rejoice
and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same
way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

Biblical message on righteousness and tithing

Malachi 3 (New International Version)

Malachi 3

1 "See, I will send my messenger, who will prepare the way before me. Then suddenly the Lord you are seeking will come to his temple; the messenger of the covenant, whom you desire, will come," says the LORD Almighty.
2 But who can endure the day of his coming? Who can stand when he appears? For he will be like a refiner's fire or a launderer's soap. 3 He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver; he will purify the Levites and refine them like gold and silver. Then the LORD will have men who will bring offerings in righteousness, 4 and the offerings of Judah and Jerusalem will be acceptable to the LORD, as in days gone by, as in former years.
5 "So I will come near to you for judgment. I will be quick to testify against sorcerers, adulterers and perjurers, against those who defraud laborers of their wages, who oppress the widows and the fatherless, and deprive aliens of justice, but do not fear me," says the LORD Almighty.
Robbing God
6 "I the LORD do not change. So you, O descendants of Jacob, are not destroyed. 7 Ever

since the time of your forefathers, you have

turned away from my decrees and have not kept

them.  Return to

me, and I will return to you," says the LORD

Almighty.

"but you ask,'How are we to return?'
8 "Will a man rob God? Yet you rob me.
"But you ask, 'How do we rob you?'
"In tithes and offerings. 9 You are under a curse—the whole nation of you—because you are robbing me. 10 Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the LORD Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it. 11 I will prevent pests from devouring your crops, and the vines in your fields will not cast their fruit," says the LORD Almighty. 12 "Then all the nations will call you blessed, for yours will be a delightful land," says the LORD Almighty.
13 "You have said harsh things against me," says the LORD.
"Yet you ask, 'What have we said against you?'
14 "You have said, 'It is futile to serve God. What did we gain by carrying out his requirements and going about like mourners before the LORD Almighty? 15 But now we call the arrogant blessed. Certainly the evildoers prosper, and even those who challenge God escape.' "
16 Then those who feared the LORD talked with each other, and the LORD listened and heard. A scroll of remembrance was written in his presence concerning those who feared the LORD and honored his name.
17 "They will be mine," says the LORD Almighty, "in the day when I make up my treasured possession. I will spare them, just as in compassion a man spares his son who serves him. 18 And you will again see the distinction between the righteous and the wicked, between those who serve God and those who do not.

From Timothy, an Apostle of Our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ

2 Timothy 2:22-26 (New International Version)

22Flee the evil desires of youth, and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart. 23Don't have anything to do with foolish and stupid arguments, because you know they produce quarrels. 24And the Lord's servant must not quarrel; instead, he must be kind to everyone, able to teach, not resentful. 25Those who oppose him he must gently instruct, in the hope that God will grant them repentance leading them to a knowledge of the truth, 26and that they will come to their senses and escape from the trap of the devil, who has taken them captive to do his will.

I TIMOTHY 2:8-10: “I desire therefore that the men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting; in like manner also, that the women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with propriety and moderation, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or costly clothing, but which is proper for women professing godliness with good works,”

PROVERBS 11:22: “As a ring of gold in a swine’s snout, so is a lovely woman who lacks discretion.”

I JOHN 2:16-17: “For all that is in the world -- the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life -- is not of the Father but of the world. And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever.”

ROMANS 14:13: “Let us not judge one another anymore but rather resolve this, not to put a stumbling block or a cause to fall in our brother’s way.”

God's message to those who want to stand before him, be his people, and worsip him.

Jeremiah 7:9-11 ESV
Will you steal, murder, commit adultery, swear falsely, make
offerings to Baal, and go after other gods that you have not known, and
then come and stand before me in this house, which is called by my name,
and say, ‘We are delivered!’—only to go on doing all these
...abominations?

Jeremiah 7:9-11
ESV
Has this house, which is called by my name, become a den
of robbers in your eyes? Behold, I myself have seen it, declares the Lord.

Leadership guide Bible passages

The Children of the Devil
42Jesus said to them, "If God were your Father, you would love me, for I came from God and now am here. I have not come on my own; but he sent me. 43Why is my language not clear to you? Because you are unable to hear what I say. 44You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies. 45Yet because I tell the truth, you do not believe me! 46Can any of you prove me guilty of sin? If I am telling the truth, why don't you believe me? 47He who belongs to God hears what God says. The reason you do not hear is that you do not belong to God."

Christian (Youth) leadership guide code

Ezekiel 33:7- 8
7. Son of man, I have appointed you as a watchman for the people of Israel. Listen to what I say, and warn them for me.
8. If I say to the wicked, O wicked one, you shall surely die, and you do not speak to warn the wicked to turn from his way, that wicked person shall die in his iniquity, but his blood I will require at your hand.

Luke 16: 15
So Jesus said to them, "You try to justify your actions in front of people. But God knows what's in your hearts. What is favorable to men is disgusting to God.
